Here are some demos from an awesome website called BeepBox.

My attempts pale in comparison to other people's I've seen online. Still, I had fun with these.

Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Home Computing Machine [Mashup demo of Stages 9-12 - Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine, It's More Fun to Compute / Home Computer - Kraftwerk]	Nimbus (Cover Demo) - 808 State [I think this is one of the most underrated 808 State tracks and albums (Gorgeous). I love the emotional parts of the song, which are what I tried to focus on here.]
A Question of Faith (Instrumental Cover / Adaptation) - Gary Numan [BeepBox demo for a lesser known Gary Numan release. This adapts the original track from Sacrifice along with one of his demos used in the film soundtrack for "The Radial Pair"]
